In my most recent video I talked about CeFi platforms where I’m likely to deposit my stables after I cash out.

Celsius was included in this video along with a few others. I encourage you guys to check out this video before making any large commitments. With inflation looking like its unlikely to be transitory, these lending platforms will help insulate you from it’s ravages.

Blockfi

I’ve largely shifted my funds from Blockfi to Ledn and DeFi protocols. However, I know some of you remain loyal users. For every $100 you trade in crypto from now until Sunday 11/14, you and all other eligible participant will earn an equal share of 5 BTC. Bitrue

In a previous tweet I mentioned how I was earning almost earning $1k per week by staking my BTR balance of 100K tokens.

So I decided to start voting for listings on @BitrueOfficial. I wish I started sooner, made almost $1k in a week. You need $BTR to participate. This basically allows to me to diversify for FREE.

The dollar amount I earn obviously depends on the price of token I receive. However, in a risk on environment there’s a high probability most the tokens I receive will continue to appreciate in value. However, to lock in gains I’ve decided to sell 20% of everything I receive and let the remainder ride.

To participate one needs to purchase BTR tokens and vote for tokens to be listed on the Bitrue exchange. It’s part of their initiative to add more utility to the BTR token. Your BTR tokens remains locked while they’re being staked post vote. However, once voting is over you’re free to withdraw them at any time. After BTR are removed from staking you no longer will earn yield. You don’t have to put all your BTR into one pool, you can divide amongst multiple pools. You’re essentially getting to dollar cost average into hot tokens for free.

The exchange has been growing very rapidly and actively engaging with influencers to expand their reach. The more users they acquire the more likely BTR is to appreciate. You get the following benefits for buying some BTR tokens:

Generating Yield on NFTs

This is definitely the future. I’ve long stated that I believe buying NFTs will prove to better investment than buying real estate. As the industry matures and more metaverses launch, I’m confident we’ll see more economic activity shift to the digital world. In this setting we’ll have numerous ways to generate yield on our digital assets. For example, I believe people will rent out their NFTs to gamers to generate passive income. Granted you’ll have to find games with significant economic activity to be profitable long term but I believe we’ll see abundant opportunities beginning next year. For this reason, I’m planning to cash out some of my profits and purchase in game items, characters and land. I’m also quietly working on a side project to pursue these types of opportunities with a DAO based fund - more details to come in the future.

Thorchain Synthetics

You don’t want to sleep on this. If they’re able to deliver, this is will be huge. Imagine depositing your BTC with no KYC and no deposit limit for a fixed APY of 20%. This is exactly what Brokkr Finance plans to build and deliver this quarter. I will be closely monitoring their progress in hopes of updating you guys with the most lucrative yield opportunities.
