OHM Power Piggy 100% APR
On November 2nd, 2021, Bitrue adjusted the rate of Olympus (OHM) in Power Piggy up to 100% APR.
Olympus Finance (OHM) is an algorithmic floating cryptocurrency that maintains a stable purchasing power and at the same time has a market-driven value.
In simple words, OHM is an algorithmic stablecoin that maintains a floating market-driven price without the 1:1 dollar collateral backing.
Bitrue Vote & BTR Utility
The introduction of Bitrue Vote has generated a lot of interest in Bitrue and the value of BTR (Bitrue Coin).
The hybridization into a CeFi/DeFi is happening across many platforms and it was expected with Bitrue as well since it was on the roadmap released almost 2 years ago.
Aside from BTR Vote, holding BTR offers plenty of additional value aside from price appreciation:

Interest Earned
Despite the recent market fluctuations, my Bitrue Power Piggy portfolio continues to accumulate interest. The markets doing fairly well. In the last 4 weeks my Power Piggy portfolio gained about 17,000 USD—a 23% increase in value. You can use this Google Spreadsheet to track my earnings on the four major platforms I use.
Below is my earnings from Bitrue’s Lockup. So far, I have accumulated 59,000 USD in interest. In the last 4 weeks, this portfolio grew about 10,000 USD resulting in a 21% increase in my interest gain.  I am taking advantage of the current high APRs on ETH and BTC with Bitrue’s Lockup. ETH is earning a whopping 11% and BTC is earning 8.5%.  Since BTC and ETH make up a large portion of my lockup portfolio, the dip has taken a toll on my portfolio. BTC is at 63.9k USD and ETH is at 4681 USD. Note that the total amount invested is inaccurate.
Conclusion & Prospect
Now that crypto is gaining traction, platforms like Bitrue will onboard many new users because it has established a name for itself during the bear market. Bitrue has always been quick to list new coins and now with Bitrue Vote, the process has gotten sweeter as Bitrue users can earn staking rewards for voting.
Personally, I have not participated in BTR voting because all my BTR is in BTR Lockups to earn the high yields on Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH). Of course utilizing BTR Vote would probably earn me a better yield overall, but as a HODLer I like to earn passively without committing too much time constantly moving funds around.
The great thing about Bitrue is that not only is it quick to list coins, but it almost always support airdrops. Airdrops are literally free money for investing in a coin/token or supporting a project.
For example, I have Ripple (XRP) in Power Piggy earning interest and I got airdropped Spark (FLR) because I hold XRP. Then for having FLR, I got airdropped Songbird (SGB). I read that I will be getting another airdrop in the future for holding SGB. So just from having XRP, I got two airdrops and another one coming soon.
The crypto market is looking healthy and if everything goes as planned, I will reach financial freedom in early 2022.
